Job Description

    Location: Nagpur, MH.Employment Type: Full-timeExperience: 3 years in Plant 3D & process plant designJob Summary:We are looking for a highly skilled Senior Plant 3D Engineer to lead and manage 3D plant design, piping layouts, and equipment modeling for large-scale industrial projects. The ideal candidate should have expertise in Autodesk Plant 3D, process piping, and multidisciplinary coordination to ensure high-quality project execution.Key Responsibilities:Develop and manage 3D plant models using Autodesk Plant 3D for process, power, and industrial plants.Design and optimize piping layouts, ensuring compliance with project specifications and industry standards.Generate P&IDs, isometric drawings, orthographic views, and Bill of Materials (BOMs) for fabrication and construction.Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams (mechanical, civil, electrical) to ensure clash-free designs.Review project specifications, piping codes, and standards (ASME, ANSI, API, etc.) to maintain compliance.Lead design reviews and provide technical support to junior engineers and drafters.Manage and integrate plant equipment models, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in design.Collaborate with project stakeholders and provide regular updates on design progress.Key Requirements:3 years of experience in Plant 3D modeling and process plant design.Strong knowledge of piping design, equipment modeling, and structural elements in Plant 3D.Experience with P&ID development, isometric extraction, and material specifications.Familiarity with ASME, ANSI, API, and other piping codes & standards.Ability to lead design teams and coordinate with various engineering disciplines.Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously.Experience with Navisworks, AutoCAD, and project collaboration tools is a plus.,
