Job Description

    We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented QC Analyst to join our Quality Control (QC) team at Nitika Pharma, Nagpur. The QC Analyst will play a critical role in ensuring the quality of raw materials, in-process samples, and finished products by performing various analytical tests. This role is key to maintaining product integrity and regulatory compliance.Key Responsibilities: Conduct chemical and physical tests on raw materials, in-process, and finished products using various analytical instruments like HPLC, GC, UV spectrophotometer, FTIR, etc. ALCOA must. Perform method validation, calibration, and routine maintenance of laboratory equipment. Ensure that all testing complies with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs). Maintain accurate documentation and lab records for audits and regulatory inspections. Assist in troubleshooting laboratory equipment and methods when necessary. Collaborate with the production, QA, and R&D teams for process improvements. Prepare reports and data analysis for management and regulatory submissions.
