Job Description

Quantity surveyors have many roles and responsibilities, including: Helping clients: Assisting in establishing client requirements and conducting feasibility studies to ensure proposals work Analyzing costs: Preparing and analyzing tender costs, and analyzing contract terms and conditions Predicting risks: Predicting potential risks in the project and taking precautions to mitigate them Analyzing costs: Scrutinizing maintenance and material costs, as well as contracts to ensure the best deals Preparing documents: Preparing reports, analyses, contracts, budgets, risk assessment, and other documents Calculating costs: Calculating the actual work or labor cost Estimating costs: Helping to estimate costs, material quantities, and project timelines Liaising with teams: Liaising with a range of other teams working on the project, helping it to stay on track Ensuring quality: Ensuring that the structures under construction meet the required legal and quality standards Estimating quantities: Estimating quantity as per Approved for Construction drawings based on actual onsite change in quantity as per site conditions Working with the supply chain: Working with the supply chain to provide value engineering optionsJob Types: Full-time, PermanentJob Types: Full-time, Permanent, FresherBenefits: Health insuranceSchedule: Day shift Morning shiftWork Location: In person,
