Job Description

    Job Title: EPR Sales Associates.Responsibilities:1. Sales Strategy: Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to promote our EPR solutions to manufacturers, retailers, and other producers obligated to comply with extended producer responsibility regulations.2. Lead Generation: Identify and pursue new business opportunities by prospecting, networking, and cold-calling potential clients within target industries.3. Client Consultation: Consult with prospective clients to understand their specific EPR needs and requirements. Provide tailored solutions and presentations to demonstrate the value and benefits of our services.4. Relationship Building: Cultivate strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders within client organizations. Act as a trusted advisor, offering guidance and support on EPR compliance and best practices.5. Proposal Development: Prepare and present compelling proposals and quotations, outlining the scope of our services, pricing, and implementation timelines.6. Contract Negotiation: Negotiate terms and conditions of contracts, ensuring alignment with client expectations and company objectives.7. Sales Pipeline Management: Manage and track sales activities, leads, and opportunities using CRM software. Provide regular updates and reports on sales performance and forecasts.8. Market Intelligence: Stay informed about industry trends, regulatory changes, and competitor activities related to EPR and environmental compliance. Use this knowledge to refine sales strategies and differentiate our offerings in the market.9. Drive Sales: Actively engage with decision-makers and influencers to understand their needs and tailor our solutions to meet their requirements. Close sales and achieve sales targets.Requirements:1. Bachelors or Masters Degree (For Freshers): Recent graduate with a bachelors or masters degree in business, marketing, environmental science, or a related field.2. Passion for Sustainability: Genuine interest in environmental sustainability and a desire to contribute to positive change through sales initiatives.3. Communication Skills: Excellent Verbal & written communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively convey complex concepts and solutions to diverse audiences in a clear and concise manner.4. Negotiation Skills: Strong negotiation skills with the ability to influence decision-making and close deals in a competitive market environment.5. Self-Motivation: Self-starter with a proactive attitude towards prospecting, lead generation, and achieving sales targets.6. Team Collaboration: Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including Sales, operations, and customer support, to deliver integrated solutions and support client needs.7. Education: Currently enrolled in a college or university program. Pursuing a Bachelors degree in business, environmental science, marketing, or a related field.
