Robosol has been working with companies from sectors such as Pharmaceutical, Cosmetics, Fashion, Retail, Packaging, Textile and Engineering.Key Responsibilities:Job Title: Sr.Scrum MasterLocation: Mumbai/NagpurJob Type: Full-timeIntroduction: We are looking for an experienced Scrum Master to join our Agile team and drive the implementation of Scrum practices within the organization. The Scrum Master will facilitate and guide the team through all aspects of the Scrum process, ensuring that the team is operating effectively and efficiently. They will also help remove obstacles, improve communication, and foster an environment of continuous improvement to achieve the teams goals.Key Responsibilities: Facilitate Scrum Events: Lead and facilitate daily standups, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and retrospectives to ensure Scrum ceremonies are productive and focused. Coach and Support the Team: Guide the development team in following Agile principles and Scrum processes to help them self-organize and reach high performance. Remove Impediments: Proactively identify and remove obstacles or blockers preventing the team from achieving their sprint goals. Collaborate with the Product Owner: Work closely with the Product Owner to ensure that the product backlog is well-defined and prioritized, and that the team has clear and actionable tasks. Foster Continuous Improvement: Encourage and promote continuous learning, process improvements, and team growth. Monitor Team Progress: Track and report on team performance using metrics like burn down charts and velocity, and provide visibility into team progress to stakeholders. Promote Collaboration: Foster an environment of open communication and collaboration within the team and with other departments or stakeholders. Ensure Agile Best Practices: Promote the Agile mindset and Scrum best practices within the team, ensuring that the team adheres to agreed-upon processes.Required Skills & Qualifications: Educational Background: Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience). Certifications: Certified Scrum Master (CSM), Certified Agile Coach, or other Agile certifications. Experience: 10 years of experience as a Scrum Master or in an Agile coaching role. Knowledge of Scrum Framework: In-depth knowledge of Scrum principles and practices. Excellent Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage and collaborate with all levels of the organization. Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to identify issues, analyze problems, and find solutions that benefit the team and the organization. Team-Oriented: Strong leadership, coaching, and mentoring skills to inspire and guide the team to success. Technical Background (Preferred): Familiarity with software development processes and tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps Confluence, and other Agile tools.Preferred Skills: Experience in other Agile frameworks like Kanban or Lean. Strong understanding of scaling Agile across larger organizations.
