    SENIOR TEST LEADNagpurINDIAJob FamilyDevelopmentJob Description (Posting).1. Experience as a Software Development Engineer in Test (SDET): Experience in developing automated test scripts and ensuring high-quality software delivery is preferred, with a focus on Software Development Engineer in Test (SDET) roles.2. Strong Quality Assurance (QA) Skills: Designing and executing comprehensive test plans and test cases for rights management systems and their integrations require strong Quality Assurance (QA) skills, including the ability to track KPI metrics and follow testing artifacts.3. Knowledge and Solid Understanding of APIs, GBQ, Data Lake: Understanding and knowledge of APIs, GBQ, and data lake, along with the ability to automate processes, are essential for ensuring seamless integration between rights management systems and other source systems.4. Understanding Financial and Product-Based Rights Complexities: Key to this role is understanding the complexities of financial and product-based rights and how they interact with different systems.5. Integrating Rights Management Systems: The candidate should have experience integrating rights management systems with various source systems such as ERPPRP, OMS, iSeries, Bloomberg, Salsify, Omni, MIMICS, etc.6. Experience with Specific Rights Management Software and Tools: Experience with specific rights management software and tools will be an advantage.7. Preferred Knowledge of Rights Management Systems: Preferred knowledge of rights management systems, including their functionality, integration capabilities, and best practices, is essential for ensuring proper handling of other systems (1.) To be responsible for providing technical guidance to a team of developers, enhancing their technical capabilities and increasing productivity. (2.) To conduct comprehensive code reviews, establish and oversee quality assurance processes, performance optimization , implementation of best practices and coding standards to ensure succeful delivery of complex projects. (3.) To ensure process compliance in the assigned module, and participate in technical discussionsorreview as a technical consultant for feasibility study (technical alternatives, best packages, supporting architecture best practices, technical risks, breakdown into components, estimations). (4.)
