Job Description

    Synapse Mind Care is seeking qualified Speech Therapists to join our team in Nagpur. As a Speech Therapist, you will be responsible for diagnosing and treating patients with speech, language, voice, and fluency disorders. This role is essential for helping individuals improve their communication abilities, thereby enhancing their quality of life. You will work in collaboration with a multidisciplinary team to provide comprehensive care for patients of all ages.Key Responsibilities: Conduct thorough evaluations of patients with speech, language, and communication disorders. Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to address speech and language deficits. Provide therapy to patients for speech, voice, language, and fluency impairments. Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment strategies accordingly. Work closely with family members and caregivers, providing them with the necessary guidance and strategies to support patients. Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records in compliance with healthcare regulations. Collaborate with doctors, occupational therapists, and other healthcare professionals to ensure holistic patient care.Qualifications: Bachelors or Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited institution. Valid certification and license to practice as a Speech Therapist in the state of Maharashtra. At least [insert years] years of experience in speech therapy (preferred but not mandatory).
