Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and minimum 8-10 years experienced Senior Node.js Developer to lead our server-side application development, ensuring code quality, scalability, and optimal performance. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in overseeing code reviews, enhancing scalability, and optimizing application performance.Responsibilities Conduct thorough code reviews to ensure quality and adherence to best practices. Develop and implement scalable server-side components for web applications. Optimize application architecture for performance and responsiveness. Mentor and guide developers in coding standards and best practices. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate front-end elements seamlessly. Ensure code quality wrt scalable clean code, memory optimization, parallel execution, threads etc. Look into nodejs code of our existing apps and suggest improvements. Should be able to lead a developer team, techno manager roleQualifications And Skills Excellent knowledge of computer science principles. Higher education in the industry with a focus on Node.js development. Proficiency in Node.js and deep understanding of JavaScript. Experience in developing scalable and high-performance applications. Strong skills in code optimization and data storage solutions. Ability to lead and supervise development teams effectively. Experience in conducting code reviews and ensuring code quality. Proficiency in testing, debugging, and maintaining server-side logic. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.Soft Skills Stress tolerance and ability to work under pressure.
