Job Description

    Design and Analysis: Develop and evaluate structural designs for telecom towers, masts, and related infrastructure, ensuring they meet safety and regulatory standards in Japan.Seismic and Wind Load Assessments: Perform detailed structural analysis considering seismic activity, wind load, and environmental factors specific to Japans geographic conditions.Inspection and Maintenance Planning: Conduct on-site inspections, assess structural integrity, and create maintenance schedules to ensure long-term durability and safety.Project Coordination: Work closely with project managers, architects, and other engineers to ensure smooth project execution, from design to installation.Documentation and Compliance: Prepare technical reports, design documentation, and ensure all designs comply with Japanese construction codes and telecom industry standards.Innovation and Optimization: Explore and implement innovative solutions to enhance the structural stability, cost-efficiency, and durability of telecom towers and masts.Qualifications:Education: Bachelors degree in Structural Engineering, Civil Engineering, or a related field; Masters degree preferred.Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in structural engineering with a focus on telecom towers, masts, or similar infrastructure.Technical Skills: Proficiency in structural analysis software (e.g., STAAD, SAP2000) and CAD tools. Knowledge of Japanese seismic codes and construction standards is highly desirable.Language Skills: Proficiency in English required; Japanese language skills preferred.Attention to Detail: Strong analytical skills and attention to detail, especially for design and compliance.Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to assess structural challenges and propose effective solutions.Team Collaboration: Strong communication and teamwork skills for cross-functional collaboration.Preferred Skills:Familiarity with telecom industry standards in Japan.Experience working with telecom service providers and understanding the specific requirements of telecom infrastructure projects.Knowledge of environmental and sustainability considerations in structural design.Job Types: Full-time, PermanentBenefits: Paid time offSchedule: Day shift Fixed shift Morning shiftExperience: total work: 2 years (Required)Work Location: In person,
