Job Description

    Job Title: Hotel SupervisorLocation: NagpurSalary: 12,000 - 20,000 per monthJob Summary:We are looking for a responsible and experienced Hotel Supervisor to oversee the daily operations of our hotel. The successful candidate will ensure the smooth running of the hotel, maintain high levels of customer service, and handle staff coordination.Key Responsibilities: Supervise day-to-day hotel operations, including front desk, housekeeping, and food & beverage services. Ensure high standards of guest satisfaction, responding to guest inquiries and resolving complaints. Train and manage hotel staff, ensuring adherence to hotel policies and procedures. Oversee inventory management, including linens, supplies, and amenities. Monitor staff performance and provide feedback for improvement. Coordinate with different departments to ensure smooth operations and guest comfort. Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hotel regulations. Prepare daily reports and assist with budgeting and cost control.Qualifications & Skills: Proven experience as a hotel supervisor or in a similar role. Strong leadership and communication skills. Ability to manage and motivate a team. Problem-solving skills and a guest-oriented attitude. Knowledge of hotel management software is a plus. Flexible to work shifts, including weekends and holidays.Education & Experience: Diploma or Degree in Hospitality Management or a related field preferred.
