Job Description

    We are looking for a Technical Support & Demo Executive to handle international clients, provide live demonstrations of our software, and assist potential customers with technical queries after the sale. The ideal candidate should have strong technical expertise, excellent communication skills, and the ability to showcase the softwares features effectively to drive sales.Key Responsibilities: Conduct live product demonstrations for international clients, explaining features and benefits. Understand client requirements and tailor demonstrations to address their business needs. Assist the sales team in converting leads by providing technical insights and addressing client concerns. Work closely with potential customers to clarify technical specifications and software capabilities. Provide initial technical assistance during the pre-sales phase. Collaborate with the development team to suggest custom solutions based on client feedback. Maintain strong relationships with prospective clients, ensuring a smooth transition to post-sales support. Work with Linux-based servers and other technical configurations as needed. Stay updated on industry trends and competitor products to enhance sales pitches. Adapt to different time zones to effectively support global clients.Requirements: Strong technical knowledge, including Linux OS, databases, networking, and troubleshooting. Prior experience in software demonstrations, pre-sales, or technical consulting. Excellent English communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills. Ability to handle international clients professionally and work in different time zones. Understanding of jewellery industry workflows (preferred but not mandatory).
