With a focus on innovation and technological expertise, we help businesses of all sizes exceed customer expectations, outpace competitors, and drive growth.Role DescriptionThis is a full-time on-site role as a telemarketer at AI AJ Technocrats in Nagpur. The Telemarketer will be responsible for tasks such as appointment scheduling, communication with customers, sales calls, and providing exceptional customer service. Telecalling: Conduct outbound calls to potential clients/customers to promote the companys products/services. Follow up with leads, answer inquiries, and resolve concerns effectively. Maintain a detailed database of interactions with clients and provide regular updates to the team. Video Marketing: Collaborate with the cameraman and editor to shoot professional marketing videos. Present company services confidently in front of the camera to create engaging promotional content. Ensure the delivery of high-quality videos aligned with the marketing strategy. Client Interaction: Build and maintain positive relationships with clients through effective communication. Gather feedback to improve marketing strategies and campaigns. Reporting: Provide regular updates on telecalling and marketing efforts.Requirements: Ready to work for all the above criteria Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to multitask and work collaboratively in a team environment. Proven experience in telecalling or customer service is a plus English Writing, speaking, and Reading is a plus point Comfortable and confident on camera for video presentations. Knowledge of digital marketing is a plus. No age, education, or experience criteria Lead Generation knowledge is a plus. Mail Marketing, and Quation Drafting is a plus Ready to join immediately,
