Job Description

    We are seeking a detail-oriented and efficient Data Entry Operator. The Data Entry Operator will play a crucial role in ensuring accurate and timely entry of data related to inventory, orders, and transactions. Proficiency in SAP software is essential, and experience in the automobile parts industry is highly desirable.Responsibilities:Accurately input and update inventory data into the SAP system.Process orders and transactions in a timely manner, ensuring data accuracy and completeness.Maintain electronic and physical records of inventory levels, shipments, and receipts.Assist in reconciling discrepancies between physical inventory and system records.Generate reports on inventory levels, order status, and transaction history as required.Collaborate with warehouse staff to ensure smooth operations and resolve any data-related issues.Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures regarding data entry and inventory management.Participate in training sessions to stay updated on SAP software and warehous processes.Qualification:Graduation in any stream or related field.Experience:Prior experience in the automobile parts industry is highly desirable.Proven track record of at least 2-3 years in a warehouse supervisory role or similar capacity.Familiarity with warehouse operations, inventory management, and data entry processes.Experience with SAP or similar ERP systems is strongly preferred.Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate a team to achieve operational targets.Understanding of automobile parts and their specific handling requirements is an advantage.This is an excellent opportunity for individuals who are meticulous, organized, and eager to contribute to the efficient operation of a multinational corporations commercial vehicle genuine part warehouse.
