As a BDR, your mission will be to generate and qualify new business opportunities, engage with prospects, and drive early-stage pipeline creation in collaboration with the Sales teams. This is an exciting opportunity to develop your career in tech sales and work closely with experienced professionals in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.Responsibilities

  • Identify, research, and engage with prospective customers across the assigned regions.
  • Qualify leads through structured discovery and value-based conversations.
  • Generate early-stage pipeline by uncovering needs, aligning use cases, and scheduling qualified meetings.
  • Work closely with Oracles Sales teams to align territory strategy and campaign execution.
  • Accurately log and update prospect interactions and opportunity stages in CRM.
  • Meet or exceed weekly and monthly KPIs including call activity, meetings booked, and pipeline contribution.
  • Stay current on Oracle Linux & Virtualization product updates, competitive landscape, and customer challenges.
