Job Description

    You will be providing administrative and clerical support for the assigned functional director and staff, while maintaining awareness of and sensitivity to confidential matters. Your responsibilities will include coordinating the managers calendar, meetings, correspondence, and presentations as needed. You will also be coordinating all necessary arrangements for customer visits and providing Travel Director with global rental car price comparisons and reviews compliance. Additionally, you will assist with global RFP hotel recommendations and negotiations, administer the iQor Travel Coordinator Program worldwide, and provide backup support for the Global Corporate Card Program and Global Expense Program questions as needed. You will also be responsible for coordinating and arranging meetings, reserving facilities, and recording/transcribing minutes of meetings. Participation or leading special projects/events when requested/as needed will be part of your role. Furthermore, you will arrange and coordinate travel schedules and reservations for travel department staff when required, assist travel coordinators with travel issues, and review and summarize miscellaneous reports and documents. Your skills requirements for this role include having 2 or more years of work-related experience, being available during regular business hours with some additional hours may be required, and being open to travel requirements both domestically and/or globally up to 25%. The job will be in a climate-controlled office environment during normal business hours. The educational requirement for this position is a high school diploma, G.E.D., Trade/Vocational School certificate, or equivalent. You may occasionally exert up to 10 lbs. of force to push, pull, lift, or otherwise move objects. It is necessary to have visual acuity to perform activities such as preparing and analyzing data, and/or viewing a computer terminal. The ability to speak, type, and/or sit for extended periods of time is essential.
