With a team of over 5000 skilled professionals across 19 countries, our primary goal is to equip companies with the necessary tools to achieve their mission-critical objectives and future-proof their operations.**Key Responsibilities:**- **Office Operations:** - Proficient in managing office supplies and inventory, ensuring stock levels are maintained, and ordering new supplies as needed. - Capable of coordinating and maintaining office equipment, scheduling repairs and maintenance as necessary. - Skilled in maintaining office calendars, scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements. - Able to greet visitors and clients in a professional and friendly manner.- **Administrative Support:** - Experienced in assisting with preparing and formatting reports, presentations, and correspondence. - Capable of providing administrative support to team members and management. - Proficient in preparing and distributing internal communications such as emails and notices. - Able to assist with onboarding new employees, handling new hire documentation. - Skilled in managing incoming and outgoing mail and packages.- **Human Resources Assistance:** - Able to assist with HR-related tasks such as employee attendance tracking, vacation scheduling, and benefits coordination.- **Event and Meeting Coordination:** - Skilled in assisting with organizing company events, meetings, and conferences, including booking venues, arranging catering, and handling logistics.- **Travel Management:** - Research, book, and confirm flights, hotel accommodations, and transportation for employees. - Prepare detailed itineraries for each trip, ensuring all necessary details are clear and accurate. - Ensure employees have all necessary documentation for travel.**Qualifications Required:**- Proven 4-10 years of experience as an office administrator, office assistant, or in a similar role.- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).- Knowledgeable of office management systems and procedures.- Basic understanding of accounting and finance principles is a plus.- Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and professionalism.- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work well in a team environment.- High school diploma or equivalent required; additional qualifications in office administration or a related field preferred.- Flexible to work from the office, Monday to Friday, at the Noida location (Sector 129).If you are interested in joining us, come have a chat with us and share your skills, talents, and previous experience.
