Job Description

    Role Overview:You are being offered a full-time, on-site Pastry Chef (Commie 3 & trainees) role in Noida with The Hazelnut Factory. Your main responsibility will be to assist in creating high-quality baked goods and desserts, which includes preparing ingredients, following recipes, and ensuring consistency in presentation. Apart from this, you will also be expected to maintain a clean work environment, comply with health and safety regulations, and collaborate with the culinary team to innovate new menu items.Key Responsibilities:- Assist in creating high-quality baked goods and desserts- Prepare ingredients and follow recipes accurately- Ensure consistency in the presentation of baked goods and desserts- Maintain a clean and organized work environment- Adhere to health and safety regulations- Collaborate with the culinary team to develop new menu itemsQualifications Required:- Expertise in Bakery and Baking techniques- Strong Food Preparation and Culinary Skills- Proficiency in Cooking and understanding of international dessert trends- Ability to uphold hygiene standards and follow food safety regulations- Effective communication and team collaboration skills- Previous experience in a commercial bakery, pastry kitchen, or similar environment is a plus- A certificate or diploma in Culinary Arts, Baking, or Pastry is desirable,
