Job Description

    As a CNC Machine Operator, your role will involve setting up, operating, and monitoring CNC machines in the manufacturing or engineering industry. You will be responsible for tasks such as tools fitting, alignment, adjustment, running production programs (G-Code / CAM), and measuring workpieces using tools like Vernier, Micrometer, and Height Gauge. Ensuring the accuracy and quality of finished parts, basic machine troubleshooting, daily production reporting, and adhering to safety and machine maintenance procedures will also be part of your duties.Key Responsibilities:- CNC machine setup, operation, and monitoring- Tools fitting, alignment, and adjustment- Running production programs (G-Code / CAM)- Workpiece measurement using Vernier, Micrometer, Height Gauge, etc.- Maintaining accuracy and quality of finished parts- Basic machine troubleshooting- Daily production reporting- Following safety and machine maintenance proceduresTo excel in this role, you should possess skills such as reading engineering drawings, knowledge of CNC machine operation, familiarity with measurement tools, and preferably a basic understanding of G-Code. A minimum of 1-3 years of experience in a similar role is required.Qualifications:- ITI / Diploma in Mechanical / Fitter / Machinist- 10th or 12th pass candidates with relevant experience will also be consideredAdditionally, the company offers a salary ranging from 15,000 to 20,000 per month with benefits such as PF, ESI, and overtime as per the company policy. The job type is full-time and permanent, with health insurance and Provident Fund benefits provided.Please note that the work location for this role is in person at Delhi / NCR.,
