Job Description

    As a CS Admin for Windows IDC, your role will involve the following core priorities:- Providing team support at all levels possible- Offering calendar support for LT members- Arranging international and domestic travel for LT members- Reconciling and processing expenses for LT members- Engaging and supporting morale activities of teams/FCs- Supporting team-wise events such as All Hands Town Hall meetings- Blocking MPRs and arranging food and other miscellaneous requirements- Managing executive management and arranging food and other requirements as necessary- Updating gifts on internal SharePoint and managing T&E accruals and PO accruals- Updating data as required and raising purchase orders for various requirements- Ordering hardware, laptops, and peripherals for the team- Managing space and updating data and infrastructure as needed- Handling HeadTrax changes for locations and reporting changes appropriately- Assisting in new hire onboarding and exit formalities of employeesQualifications Required:- 3-5 years of relevant experience(Note: No additional details about the company were provided in the job description.)
