Job Description

As an Angular Frontend Developer at EaseMyTrip, your role involves writing code for the front end of web applications using .NET Apps, Angular, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript. Your key responsibilities will include:- Proficiency in Angular, including Angular CLI, components, services, routing, and state management.- Implementing user interface and user experience designs into functional web interfaces.- Ensuring consistent functionality of the web application across various web browsers.- Integrating with backend APIs and services for data retrieval and display.- Writing unit tests for Angular components and ensuring high code quality.- Optimizing application performance by minimizing load times and improving code efficiency.- Creating responsive designs for web applications to ensure compatibility with multiple devices.- Using Git for code management and collaboration.- Creating and maintaining documentation for the codebase and development processes.- Identifying and resolving frontend code issues and bugs.- Researching and proposing technical solutions.- Following best practices in web development, including SEO principles, accessibility standards, and security measures.- Collaborating closely with backend developers, designers, and project managers to achieve project goals.- Staying updated with the latest web development trends and Angular updates.- Effective communication within the development team and with other stakeholders for successful project execution.Preferred candidate profile:- 15 years of experience in Angular frontend development.- Proficiency in creating front-end applications using Angular, JavaScript, Typescript, HTML5, CSS3, Bootstrap, jQuery, and other JS-driven web frameworks.- Familiarity with agile and scrum methodology.- Ability to write cross-browser and cross-device-friendly front-end code through responsive or adaptive techniques.- Experience with Continuous Integration (CI) / Continuous Delivery (CD) systems for development and deployment on the Cloud.- Understanding of SEO principles and adherence to them in application development.- Proficiency with GIT and databases like MySQL, MongoDB is desired.- Independent work approach, proactive attitude, and meeting aggressive deadlines.- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.- Introduction of new technologies and best practices as required to solve business problems.Please note:- This is a Work From Office role.- The work schedule is 5 days a week.
