    As a Ticketing Specialist in the Technical Troubleshooting team at our company located in Noida-135, your role will involve handling technical product support with a focus on application support. You will be required to work in rotational shifts, including US shifts, with 5 days of work per week.**Key Responsibilities:**- Troubleshoot technical issues related to applications- Provide support for technical products- Work in L1/L2 technical support roles- Utilize tools like Zendesk, Salesforce for ticketing and customer support- Integrate REST APIs for efficient operations- Demonstrate proficiency in Python, Zava, SQL Server- Ensure effective communication (written and verbal) with stakeholders**Qualifications Required:**- Bachelors degree in a technical field- Minimum 1 year of experience in technical product support, specifically application support- Comfortable working in US shifts- Proficiency in tools like Zendesk, Salesforce, etc.- Experience with REST API integration- Ability to work in L1/L2 technical support roles- Basic knowledge of Python, Zava, SQL ServerIn this role, it is essential for you to have a strong foundation in technical support and troubleshooting, excellent communication skills, and the ability to adapt to different shifts.
