Job Description

    As a Telecaller at our company, your primary responsibility will be to make outbound calls to customers in order to inform them about our products, which include credit card, loan, and insurance options. Through these calls, you will aim to guide customers towards availing of our products, contributing to the sales process.Additionally, you will also be expected to handle inbound calls from customers, providing information, resolving issues, and addressing queries or complaints in a professional manner. It is crucial that you maintain accurate records of customer interactions and update our databases with relevant details.Meeting call and sales quotas, as well as contributing to team performance goals, will be key aspects of your role. By achieving targets and building positive relationships with customers, you will play a vital part in ensuring high customer satisfaction and loyalty.This is a full-time position with a fixed basic salary and additional incentives based on performance. The benefits include health insurance coverage. The ideal candidate would have at least a Secondary (10th Pass) education qualification.
