As a Technical Lead/ Associate Project Manager at EY, you will play a crucial role in designing and developing cutting-edge applications using the Pega Development platform to streamline business processes. Your responsibilities will include:- Working effectively as a team lead, sharing responsibilities, providing support, and maintaining communication with managers- Striving to exceed client and team expectations by working on complex assignments- Developing and maintaining productive relationships with clients and onsite personnel- Ensuring timely delivery of allocated tasks- Participating in Scrum ceremonies, design, development, QA, deployment, and support activities as required- Adhering to EY policies and procedures, including Timesheet and Leaves management- Ensuring adherence to quality protocols specified for the project- Updating technical architecture/design and unit test cases to deliver high-quality results- Building Technical Assets and AcceleratorsTo excel in this role, you should possess:- Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills- Experience in producing high-quality reports and presentations- Hands-on experience in at least 3-4 projects- Knowledge of Java/J2EE platform (a plus)- Understanding of relational databases and hands-on experience in PL/SQL- Ability to cross-skill and cross-train as per business requirementsTo qualify for this position, you must have:- 4-7 years of Pega Application development knowledge using Pega Development platform- Worked on at least 2-3 end-to-end Pega project implementations- Good understanding of Pega Constellation- Experience in optimizing workflows using Pega Agentic AI- Hands-on experience in Pega Cloud and SWIFT MX and MT Message Processing- Experience in Integration modules, Case Management, Class Structure Design, Pega Integrations, Security Models, Reporting, Process Flows, Decision & Declarative Rules, Data Pages, File/Email Listeners, and Job Schedulers/Queue Processors- Knowledge of UI/UX & Portals development rules, Pega application performance tuning, and Pega Best Practices- Working knowledge of project implementation methodologies- Certified CSSA or CLSA Part1- Hands-on experience in Smart Dispute (SD) or Smart Investigate Frameworks (an add-on)Ideally, you should also have:- B.E/B.Tech (Electronics, Electronics & Telecommunications, Comp.
