Job Description

    As a Branch Manager at IDFC FIRST Bank in the North 1 region, you will play a crucial role in overseeing and enhancing the operational efficiency and performance of our branches located in Haryana, Delhi, and Rajasthan. Your primary responsibilities will include leading a team of branch staff to achieve sales targets, ensuring exceptional customer service, implementing strategies for branch profitability and market share growth, monitoring branch performance, and ensuring compliance with banking regulations and policies. Additionally, you will focus on building and nurturing customer relationships, providing training and coaching to branch staff, resolving customer complaints efficiently, collaborating with other departments for product development, and submitting performance reports to senior management.To qualify for this role, you must hold a Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field, coupled with a minimum of 5 years of experience in retail banking, including at least 2 years in a managerial capacity.
