Job Description

    Role Overview:You will be supporting Adobe Digital Experience Customer Success Teams by providing a data-driven approach to all customer success team functions. Your main responsibilities will include developing business processes, implementing changes, owning all reporting and analysis of customer success core metrics, interpreting results, monitoring key performance metrics, and conducting data analysis to provide actionable insights.Key Responsibilities:- Provide a data-driven approach to all customer success team functions to ensure customer success- Develop business processes and implement changes for continuous improvement- Own all reporting and analysis of customer success core metrics- Interpret results and translate findings to tell the data story- Conduct ad-hoc data manipulation and report creation in Excel, Salesforce, PowerBI, etc.- Build and maintain reports in PowerBI for executive operations- Demonstrate correlation and causation through data analysis and provide actionable insights to leadershipQualifications Required:- Bachelors degree or equivalent experience in computer science, business, or related field- 3 years of relevant experience in Business Intelligence or data science sector- Experience in creating dashboards and data visualization for executive audiences- Strong knowledge of Business Intelligence tools, with PowerBI preferred- Advanced Excel user with knowledge of other business-facing tools like SharePoint and Power Automate- Expertise in PowerPoint including creating data-intensive presentations- Moderate to expert level of SQL skills- Data warehousing and data modeling skills- Exposure and hands-on experience working with Data science models- Experience architecting end-to-end business intelligence solutions- Experience in SaaS or Tech industry is a plus- Excellent organizational, project management, time management, analytical, and problem-solving skills- Ability to manage through change and adapt under disruptive circumstances- Ability to quickly learn new software, explain business concepts, and self-train- Strong communication skills to build and maintain positive relationships with internal stakeholders(Note: The additional details of the company were not explicitly mentioned in the provided job description.)
