Job Description

    Experience -CA with at least 3-5 years of experienceJob Responsibilities & Accountabilities Preparation of Management Information Systems (MIS), Budgets, Variance Analysis, and segment-wise Profitability statements to identify performance trends. Finalisation of accounts, monthly book closings, and preparation of comprehensive financial statements compliant with Indian Accounting Standards (Ind AS). Consolidation of financial statements across various departments for a unified financial view. Preparation and testing of Internal Controls over Financial Reporting (ICFR) and liaising with statutory auditors during audits. Preparation of financial projections, Credit Monitoring Arrangement (CMA) reports, and fulfilling other financial requirements for banks and lenders. Handling income tax matters, including filing of Income Tax Returns (ITR), computation of income, and managing appeals and rectification applications. Supervision of Goods and Services Tax (GST) matters across India, including monthly and annual returns, reconciliations, and compliance. Management of revenue and receivables, preparing various MIS reports and management reports to track finances. Conducting analysis of direct and indirect costs, providing recommendations for cost efficiencies. Performing financial analytics, including the assessment of various financial ratios and other metrics to support decision-making. Strong understanding and application of Indian Accounting Standards (Ind AS).Skills And Attributes Highly analytical skills for interpreting complex financial data. Proficiency in using MS Office tools, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint. Exceptional accuracy and attention to detail when working with financial information.
