Job Description

    Job Title: Customer Care Executive (BPO - Voice Process) Location: Noida(Work from Office). Experience: 0-1 year (Freshers Welcome) Salary: 13,000 - 16,000 (In-hand) Employment Type: Full-time Interview Mode: Face-to-Face Joining: Immediate joiners preferred.We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused individuals to join our BPO - Voice Process team. As a Customer Care Executive, you will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls, resolving customer queries, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.Key Responsibilities:
    • Handle customer inquiries via phone in a professional manner.
    • Resolve queries, provide solutions, and guide customers effectively.
    • Maintain customer records and update the database with accurate information.
    • Follow company protocols and ensure adherence to quality standards.
    • Work collaboratively with team members to improve customer service experience.
    Requirements:
    • Education: Any Graduate
    • Experience: 0-1 year (Freshers are welcome)
    • Languages: English preferred; Hindi speakers also considered
    • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
    • Customer-focused mindset with a positive attitude
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
