Job Description

    Job Title: Real Estate Sales ManagerLocation: Gurugram, NoidaJob Type: Full-timeSalary: upto INR55,000 per month (fixed) IncentivesJob Summary:-As a Real Estate Sales Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and guiding our sales team to achieve and exceed both- Residential and Commercial sales targets. You will develop and implement sales strategies, mentor agents, and ensure excellent customer service. This role requires a results-driven leader with strong industry knowledge and exceptional sales skills. Prior work experience in a Channel Sales Partner firm is preffered.Qualifications & Skills:-
    1. Proven experience as a Real Estate Sales Manager, Sales Director, or similar leadership role.
    2. Active real estate license.
    3. Strong understanding of real estate laws, contracts, and industry best practices.
    4. Exceptional leadership, negotiation, and communication skills.
    5. Ability to analyze market trends and develop effective sales strategies.
    6. Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite is a plus.
    7. Goal-oriented with a track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
    8. High level of integrity, professionalism, and customer service orientation.
