Job Description

    Role Overview:As a Customer Support Executive at HCL Tech, your primary responsibility will be to serve as a customer service executive, resolving customer queries in line with the client and business guidelines. You will be expected to have experience in handling inbound calls from US customers.Key Responsibilities:- Answer all inbound queries following the call flow procedure.- Adhere to processes to ensure high quality and efficient customer service.- Follow escalation procedures for issues that are beyond the control at the agent level to achieve first call resolution.- Maintain schedule adherence.- Participate in motivational activities and implement feedback received during monitoring sessions.- Update various logs such as escalation log, complaint tracker, etc.- Ensure data security by safeguarding the proprietary data of customers.Qualifications Required:- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a professional telephone etiquette.- Must be helpful, empathetic, and enthusiastic about providing customer service.- Freshers with experience in US/UK inbound calling, preferably in the banking domain.(Note: B.tech, MTech, BCA, and MCA candidates are not eligible for this position. Graduates and undergraduates can apply, except for regular students and law graduates.)Please note that the job location is in Noida Sec 144, and two-way cabs are available for transportation. The walk-in drive is scheduled for 11th December 2025 at HCL Technologies, A-8 & 9, Sector 60, Noida, Uttar Pradesh 201301.
