Job Description

    Role Overview:As a Customer Support Agent for the Airtel Process, your primary responsibility will be to handle inbound and outbound customer calls related to Airtel services. You will play a crucial role in resolving customer queries regarding plans, billing, recharge, and network issues. Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and providing quick and effective resolutions while ensuring customer satisfaction will be key to your success in this role. Additionally, you will need to escalate complex issues to the concerned department when necessary.Key Responsibilities:- Handle inbound and outbound customer calls related to Airtel services.- Resolve customer queries regarding plans, billing, recharge, and network issues.- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in the system.- Provide quick and effective resolutions while ensuring customer satisfaction.- Escalate complex issues to the concerned department when necessary.Qualifications Required:- Minimum qualification: 12th pass (Graduates preferred).- Excellent communication skills in English & Hindi.- Strong problem-solving and interpersonal skills.- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.- Prior customer support or BPO experience will be an advantage (freshers can also apply).Additional Company Details:You will be joining a company that offers competitive salary up to 30,000 CTC with benefits such as cell phone reimbursement, commuter assistance, flexible schedule, food provided, health insurance, internet reimbursement, leave encashment, life insurance, paid sick time, paid time off, and provident fund.
