Job Description

    Role Overview:You will be responsible for handling 80% chat and 20% voice customer support for the Hyperlocal Flipkart process in Noida. Your main tasks will include resolving queries efficiently in both English and Hindi, maintaining professionalism, accurate records, and escalating issues as needed in a fast-paced environment.Key Responsibilities:- Handle 80% chat and 20% voice customer support- Resolve queries efficiently in English & Hindi- Maintain professionalism and accurate records- Escalate issues as needed in a fast-paced environmentQualifications Required:- Education: Graduate in any discipline- Languages: Fluent in English & Hindi- Assessment: Versant-4 with a minimum score of 5- Experience: Open to freshers and experienced candidatesAdditional Details:The company provides Provident Fund benefits. The work location is in person in Noida. The salary for freshers is 19,000 CTC with 15,000 in-hand, and for experienced candidates, it is 23,000 CTC with 20,000 in-hand.
