Job Description

    As a Customer Support Executive at our Noida office, your primary responsibility will involve interacting with customers via phone, chat, or email to address their queries and provide them with excellent service. You will need to possess exceptional communication skills in both English and Hindi to effectively communicate with our diverse customer base.Key Responsibilities- Engage with customers through various communication channels to assist them in resolving issues and answering inquiries.- Provide accurate and courteous information to customers.- Conduct follow-ups with customers when necessary to ensure their satisfaction.- Collaborate with team members to find solutions to customer problems.- Ensure customer happiness and satisfaction throughout their interaction with our services.Requirements- Proficiency in both Hindi and English languages.- Willingness to work in rotational shifts spanning 9 hours between 7 AM to 11 PM.- Possess a positive attitude and effective listening skills.- Openness to learning and professional growth opportunities.This is a full-time, permanent position suitable for freshers. In addition to a competitive salary, the role offers health insurance and Provident Fund benefits. The work schedule includes both day and rotational shifts.
