Job Description

As an engineering leader at Adobe Document Cloud, you will be responsible for managing a highly skilled team of engineers focused on user experience and workflows. You will collaborate with product management, architects, and other engineering teams to create the technical vision and roadmap for the team. Leading feature execution across various engineering disciplines, you will ensure the delivery of great experiences. Your role will involve designing, developing, and testing responsive, secure, large-scale web applications while defining and driving best software development and operational practices. Tech./B.S/B.E. in Computer Science or equivalent engineering degree- Minimum 8 years of software engineering experience- Experience in design and development of web applications and distributed systems- Strong hands-on experience in front-end technologies like HTML, JS, React- Knowledge of server-side programming languages like Java, Python- Familiarity with web technologies stack such as Cloud Computing, CDN, Dev tools, React, Angular, etc.- Commitment to creating high-quality, stable products- Ability to foster collaboration across teams for innovative solutions- Strong verbal and written communication skills**Preferred Skills:**- Minimum 2 years as an Engineering Manager or an Architect- Experience with technical operations and CI/CD- Proficiency with tools like git, Command line tools- Familiarity with monitoring systems like Splunk, NewRelic, DataDog, Grafana, Prometheus(Note: Company details have been omitted in the final JD.)
