Job Description

    As a Program Manager at Adobe, your role will involve organizing and overseeing software development to ensure timely delivery of high-quality features. You will be responsible for creating detailed project plans, driving delivery to milestones, and managing day-to-day progress of programs and projects. Additionally, you will be coordinating with cross-functional teams, managing dependencies, and conducting data analysis to identify trends, challenges, and opportunities. Your responsibilities will also include reviewing legal agreements, working with third-party contractors/vendors/technology partners, and providing project clarity through status and reporting.Key Responsibilities:- Organize and oversee software development to ensure timely delivery of features- Create and lead detailed project plans and drive delivery to milestones- Manage day-to-day progress of programs & projects and keep management informed- Manage issues and risks, create mitigation plans, and escalate to appropriate stakeholders- Coordinate with cross-functional teams, manage dependencies, and provide project clarity- Review legal agreements, work with third-party contractors/vendors/technology partners- Conduct data analysis to identify trends, challenges, and opportunitiesQualifications Required:- 7-10 years of total experience with at least 3 years as a program manager in managing software products/projects- BE/BS degree in engineering (preferably Computer Science) required, MBA will be a plus- Agile/SCRUM and/or PMI Certification with demonstrated rigor in project management best practices- Strong data analysis and conceptual thinking skills- Proven track record of leading cross-functional teams through influence- Excellent interpersonal, conflict resolution, and negotiation skills- Strong verbal presentation and written communication skills- Ability to understand and articulate complex technologies- Strong organizational skills to coordinate complex projects- Ability to manage in an environment with diverse collaborators- Ability to operate in ambiguous situations while bringing clarity- Motivated individual with a strong focus on processes and metricsAs an Equal Employment Opportunity employer, Adobe does not discriminate based on various characteristics.
