Job Description

    As a Principal Engineering Program Manager at Adobe, you will play a crucial role in driving programs within the Digital Enablement and Care team to help millions of users find success and achieve their goals with Adobe Products. You will have full ownership of programs from start to finish, allowing you to influence product experience, priorities, and roadmaps while collaborating closely with senior leaders and cross-functional teams. Your role will involve leading cross-functional initiatives, collaborating with Category Leads, managing program delivery for content excellence, rolling out tools for content authors, and collaborating with vendors to invest in technologies that enhance speed, quality, and responsiveness.**Key Responsibilities:**- Lead cross-functional initiatives to transform Help Content into a modular format for improving product adoption and user experience.- Collaborate with Category Leads to amplify the Voice of Customer (VoC) and define priorities.- Manage delivery of programs for content excellence to ensure high-quality content and services.- Oversee the rollout of tools for content authors and editors to enhance content creation and curation.- Work with vendors to invest in tools and technologies that improve speed, quality, and responsiveness across social and community channels.- Scale vendor partnerships and accelerate delivery timelines to expand operational capacity.**Qualifications Required:**- 10-12 years of technical program management experience in leading cross-functional projects.- Strong understanding of engineering processes, product development life cycles, and technical concepts.- High attention to detail and strong analytical thinking for applying metrics and data in process improvements.- Excellent verbal and written communication skills to engage collaborators at all levels.- Bachelors degree in business administration or engineering (Masters degree or equivalent experience is a plus).- Relevant certifications in project/program management, such as PMP or PgMP.- Proven knowledge of portfolio, resource, and process management.At Adobe, you will have the opportunity to grow your career through creativity, curiosity, and constant learning.
