Job Description

    As a Financial Planning Support Advisor at Ameriprise India LLP, you will play a crucial role in assisting financial advisors in creating and delivering comprehensive financial plans for retail clients. Your responsibilities will include:- Supporting financial advisors based in the U.S. to create comprehensive and compliant financial plans for their clients at the individual/household level.- Inputting data into financial planning tools such as NaviPlan and MoneyGuide, based on a thorough examination of clients financial documents and advisor inputs.- Generating reports through approved planning tools.- Upskilling yourself with U.S. financial planning concepts to discuss and prepare plan strategies/suggestions with advisors in the U.S. via phone or email.- Documenting advice in the required format shared by the advisors based on the clients financial situation.- Performing activities involved in preparing detailed financial plans within defined turnaround time and quality metrics.- Managing multiple and evolving priorities and expectations by working closely with team members and business partners in a focused and responsive manner.You will be required to meet the following qualifications:- 6 months to 2 years of work experience in the financial services sector, preferably in a multinational environment.- Post-graduation in Finance/Diploma in Financial Planning/Graduation in Commerce/Mathematics/Economics/Business Management with a minimum of 50% marks.- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.- Analytical skills to develop data-driven reports with attention to detail.- Demonstrated ability to multitask, manage time, and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines.- Strong interpersonal skills.- Willingness to work in a team structure.Preferred qualifications include exposure to financial products like mutual funds, insurance, retirement plans, and financial planning, which would be an added advantage.About Ameriprise India LLP:Ameriprise India LLP has been providing client-based financial solutions for 125 years, helping clients plan and achieve their financial objectives.
