Job Description

In this role, you will serve as the primary point of contact for clients utilizing our advanced Core Banking Solution and banking applications. Your responsibilities will encompass a mix of technical proficiency, customer support, banking expertise, and the ability to efficiently address client inquiries.Your primary duties will include managing client requests and bug reports, delivering online training sessions on software functionality, analyzing and resolving software issues, communicating with clients via email and phone, and implementing various software modules while providing training to clients.The ideal candidate for this role should possess a BCA or B.Com educational background, with 0-6 months of experience. Essential technical skills include an understanding of banking software systems, familiarity with help desk operations, and proficiency in bug tracking and resolution.
