Job Description

As a Tele-Caller/Call Centre Executive at BANKING & Finance Produces, your role involves making cold calls to customers and handling both outbound and inbound calls. You should be able to effectively communicate with customers and address their grievances. It is essential that you have excellent communication skills, although proficiency in English is not compulsory. Additionally, you should have no language barrier and be immediately available to join.Key Responsibilities:- Make cold calls to customers and handle both outbound and inbound calls- Be familiar with Client Update systems- Handle customer grievances effectively- Have basic knowledge of the InternetQualifications Required:- Excellent communication skills (English not compulsory)- No language barrier- Immediate availability to join- Basic knowledge of the Internet- Ability to handle customer grievancesIn this role, you will be offered a fixed salary ranging from 12,000.00 to 18,000.00 per month with additional benefits including health insurance. The work schedule is during the day shift with the possibility of earning performance bonuses. The educational requirement for this position is a minimum of a Secondary (10th Pass) qualification. The work location will be in person.
