Job Description

    You will be joining Adobe as an ERC Generalist 2 and act as the initial contact for all Employee and Manager concerns. This role involves providing generalist support to enhance manager and employee success. You will handle inquiries related to HR policies, procedures, and programs, collaborating with Centers of Excellence (COEs) to develop and implement suitable responses. Your role will require a strong sense of customer dedication, a proactive mindset in anticipating people-related needs, and a results-oriented approach.- Triage and respond to incoming People Resources employee calls and queries using a case tracking tool, covering areas such as benefits, data and records, compensation, recruiting, and training.- Work on problems of moderate scope, analyzing situations or data that require a review of various factors.- Exercise judgment within defined procedures and practices to determine appropriate actions.- Provide 1-click reporting support.- Assist in completing voluntary termination activities.- Offer first-level mentoring to employees and assess the need for escalation based on complexity.- Provide operational support when local responsibilities are required.- Utilize basic Excel/PowerPoint skills and engage in initial data analysis.**Skill Requirements:**- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.- Foundational generalist skills in human resources, including technical and administrative knowledge of all HR functions and tools.- Demonstrated problem-solving and prioritizing capabilities for moderately complex cases.- Ability to articulate problem areas and focus on finding effective solutions.- Dedication to customer service.- Effective collaboration with individuals at all levels.- Ability to adapt to new tools, platforms, and manage change effectively.- Capability to meet deadlines and work within SLA environments.- Maintaining confidentiality and sensitivity.- Operating independently while supporting team initiatives.**Key Proficiencies:**- Customer-Focused- Proactive approach- Effective Communicator- Committed to practical problem solving- Genuine Great Teammate- Effective articulation and problem-solving approachAdobe is an Equal Employment Opportunity employer, committed to creating exceptional employee experiences where everyone is respected and has access to equal opportunities.
