As an Infrastructure Support Specialist at Infogain, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth functioning of desktop and laptop environments running on Windows and MAC OS. Your responsibilities will include:- Utilizing your excellent communication skills to effectively interact with stakeholders and team members.- Demonstrating a strong understanding of Operating Systems and System Administration to maintain the infrastructure.- Managing TrendMicro Antivirus, Endpoint security, EDR/XDR, and Forcepoint DLP for robust security measures.- Installing and updating OS patches, application software, utility software, and browsers to enhance system performance.- Troubleshooting basic Networking/Connectivity issues to ensure uninterrupted operations.Qualifications required for this role:- Experience ranging from 2 to 5 years in a similar role.- Proficiency in Infrastructure Support with expertise in Windows Server, Windows Desktop, Mac Desktop, System Administration, and more.- Knowledge of AD DC DHCP DNS, Managed Services-L1 Support, and Computer Fundamentals.- Familiarity with Windows Server Administration and macOS Administration.About Infogain:Infogain is a human-centered digital platform and software engineering company headquartered in Silicon Valley.
