Job Description

As a Manager - Health Claims at Tata AIG General Insurance Company Limited, your role will involve:- Applying medical knowledge in evaluating the medical claim files to ascertain the medical admissibility.- Understanding the policy wordings including Terms & conditions to adjudicate the Admissibility/Rejection.- Processing claims as per regulatory guidelines.- Adhering to the TATs in processing.- Conducting quality review of processed files.- Handling grievance redressal, escalations, and identifying fraudulent claims.Qualifications Required:- Candidates with BAMS and BHMS qualifications will only be considered.- Clinical experience would also be considered along with TPA & Insurance knowledge.- FRESHERS ARE ALSO ELIGIBLE TO APPLY.Please note that this is a work from office role on a roster basis.
