    Job DescriptionYou are being sought as a NOC Engineer (Tier 3) to take charge and provide guidance to our network operations team. Your role will involve troubleshooting intricate environments and supervising critical incident resolutions.Key Responsibilities- Take ownership of major incident management, acting as the escalation point for Tier 2.- Lead high-severity incidents, overseeing the resolution process from initiation to completion.- Drive capacity planning, network optimization, and continuous improvement endeavors.- Formulate and enhance NOC processes, runbooks, and best practices in accordance with ITIL.- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for sizable deployments, upgrades, and audits.Qualifications- 8 years of experience in network operations or large-scale infrastructure support.- Mandatory ITIL v3 certification.- Profound knowledge in routing, switching, firewalls, and advanced monitoring tools.- Exceptional leadership, problem-solving, and communication abilities.- Competence in managing fast-paced and high-pressure situations proficiently.Additional DetailsYou will have the chance to lead cross-functional projects and mentor Tier 1 and Tier 2 staff.
