Job Description

As a Offshore Frontend Eng #2 at NTT DATA, you will be responsible for working on modern, GenAI apps using the latest frameworks and UI technology. Your expertise in writing code, creating unit tests, assisting with testing and debugging, and documentation will be crucial in ensuring the delivery of high-impact software for clients. You will also be involved in participating in scrum ceremonies, coordinating with your team, mentoring senior developers, establishing team best practices, and leading technical strategy. Additionally, you will be the technical point of contact for the engineering team, handle client communication, manage a team of 2-3 developers, and develop talent within your team.Key Responsibilities:- Expertly write code, create unit tests, assist with testing, debugging, and documentation- Participate in scrum ceremonies and coordinate with your team- Mentor senior developers- Lead establishment of team best practices- Lead technical strategy- Act as the technical point of contact for the engineering team- Handle client communication- Manage a team of 2-3 developers- Develop talent on your teamQualifications Required:- 4 years of experience working in web technologies- 4 years of experience working with Angular, React, or similar Javascript framework- 4 years delivering quality front-end code without oversight- 4 years querying SQL and NoSQL Databases- Ability to set up infrastructure, with help, in a cloud environment- 1 years of experience leading a team of at least 2 developersPreferred Skills:- Comfortable consuming REST or GraphQL APIs & Azure fundamentals- Experience developing apps with Microsoft Power platform- Comfortable working in scrum teams- Strong verbal communication skills- Lifelong Learner. Always seeking to improve technical and nontechnical skills- Team Player.
