Job Description

    As a Manager in the People Consulting (PC) team at EY, you will play a crucial role in managing the global workforce in todays fast-changing environment. Your key responsibilities will include:- Managing and growing the HR Transformation capability within the business, developing strong relations with global practices, and achieving metrics on productivity, utilization, headcount growth, and penetration.- Ensuring quality delivery and operational management, managing engagement risk, project economics, escalations, effective planning, and budgeting.- Developing thought leadership, collateral, tools, techniques, and methodologies to enhance the HR Transformation offering within the practice.- Coaching and guiding the team to deliver high-quality deliverables to clients, including RFX responses, assessment report-outs, HR strategy design, process flows, and project plans.- Collaborating with subject matter experts across HRT service areas to provide insights on overall strategic and operational performance.- Performing the role of a counselor and coach, setting goals, conducting performance reviews, and ensuring ongoing learning and development of the team.- Implementing strong people practices and policies, providing counseling support for learning and development, performance management, and career growth.- Driving effective client communication, building relations with clients and project counterparts globally, and ensuring excellent feedback from clients and project counterparts.To qualify for this role, you must have:- 12 - 16 years of experience in HRT operations and consulting domain.- Minimum 8 years of experience in managing HR Transformation projects across areas such as HR Tech implementation, process re-engineering, operating model redesign, and HR SSC implementation.- A Masters degree in HR or full-time MBA/EMBA.- Work experience in HRT implementation programs and working as part of a global distributed team.- Experience in managing large teams and multiple engagements simultaneously.- Strong understanding of HR cloud systems such as Workday, SuccessFactors, etc.Skills and attributes for success in this role include:- High integrity and commitment to work in a challenging environment.- Ability to manage ambiguity and be proactive.- Strong communication and presentation skills.- Cross-cultural awareness and sensitivity.- High energy levels, agility, and adaptability.- Openness to travel nationally and internationally for client projects.Ideally, you will also have experience in end-to-end HR transformation programs, HR operating model design, organization design, HR process mapping, HR analytics, change management, project management, and working with a Big 4 consulting firm.At EY, you will have the opportunity to work on inspiring and meaningful projects, receive support, coaching, and feedback from engaging colleagues, develop new skills, progress your career, and have the freedom and flexibility to handle your role in a way that suits you.
