Job Description

    We are hiring a Practice Head - DXP at Coforge with a strong background in Digital Experience Platforms. As a Practice Head, you will be responsible for developing and executing the vision, strategy, and roadmap for the Adobe DXP practice. This role requires a deep understanding of the Adobe ecosystem, including Adobe Experience Manager (AEM), Adobe Analytics, and Adobe Target.Your key responsibilities will include driving market positioning by identifying trends and competitive differentiators, partnering with cross-functional leaders to incorporate Adobe solutions into total experience initiatives, and acting as the primary point of contact for strategic client engagements. You will also lead solution design and technical advisory for Adobe DXP projects, support pre-sales activities, and build and nurture a high-performing team.To be successful in this role, you should have at least 16 years of experience in Digital Experience Platforms, with a focus on Adobe Experience Cloud for a minimum of 7 years. You must possess proven expertise in Adobe Experience Manager and its ecosystem, as well as a strong understanding of modern web technologies, APIs, headless architectures, and omnichannel strategies. Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills are essential.Additionally, knowledge of other major DXP platforms such as Sitecore, Acquia, or Liferay, and experience in integrating Adobe solutions with platforms like Salesforce, SAP, or Microsoft will be beneficial.
