Job Description

    As a skilled professional with expertise in Problem Management within the PS Core domain, you will have the opportunity to lead the Problem Management process to reduce recurring incidents and business impact. Your role will involve fault management, configuration activities for new services, incident recovery, preventive and corrective maintenance activities, network configuration audits, and supervising 2nd level operation engineers performance during shift time.Key Responsibilities:- Lead the Problem Management process to reduce recurring incidents and business impact.- Handle fault management including TT handling and fault localization within SLA.- Perform configuration activities for new services.- Ensure incident recovery within SLA.- Conduct preventive and corrective maintenance activities.- Carry out network configuration audits.- Supervise 2nd level operation engineers performance during shift time.- Share knowledge and provide proper guidelines to assure their work quality and process consistency.Qualifications Required:- Bachelors degree in Telecommunications, Electronics & Communication, Computer Science, or a related field.- 4 years of experience in Problem Management, PS/CS Core roles.- Hands-on experience with telecom vendors equipment (e.g., Nokia, Huawei, Ericsson, etc.).- Strong knowledge of ITIL v3/v4 Problem Management framework.- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and analytical skills.- 3 to 7 years of experience in Telecommunications.- Domain experience in CS core / Packet core for at least 2-4 years.- Clear understanding of 3GPP standards and different protocols like SIP, Diameter, BICC, SIGTRAN, CAMEL, MAP, etc.- Detailed understanding of different voice core scenarios and signalling flows.- Strong hands-on experience in O&M of different Voice Core CS nodes like MSC, MGWs, STP, UDC, APG, etc.- Good knowledge of Virtualization, Cloud NFVI, and NFVO is highly preferred.- Very good knowledge of Packet Core nodes, SGSN-MME, GGSN (EPG), SAPC (PCRF).- Very good understanding of Cloud technology and infrastructure Knowledge.- Good understanding of Packet Core surrounding Nodes like IMS, OCC, IPWorks DNS, Charging Nodes.- 5GSA and 5G NSA technologies understanding.- Roaming Data and call flow deep knowledge along with GRX part understanding.- IMS call flows.- Excellent IP background.- MPBN Knowledge.- Very good knowledge of Linux.- Excellent analytical and presentation skills.- Plan and execute context-specific analysis and problem-solving framework in collaboration with stakeholders and vendors.- Innovate and implement experimental ideas and concepts to deliver value to the end consumers.- Handle day-to-day issues and reporting effectively.- Exhibit self-driven, self-motivated, ambitious, effective, and efficient customer service skills.- Possess good communication skills (verbal & written) and customer handling capabilities.
