Job Description

    Position:Process Expert & Functional ExpertExperience: 3-7 years of insuranceEmployment Type: Full-Time, PermanentLocation: Gurgaon/NoidaAnnual Salary 3-7 lacsQualification and Skills required
    • A Graduate or post graduate with 3 to 7 years of experience in insurance operations/underwriting
    • Good written and analytical skills
    Job Responsibilities
    1. Understand the end-to-end insurance business
    2. Analyze and insert data into systems/databases
    3. Process requests based on various rules (both subjective and objective judgement involved)
    4. Issue policies or invoices on behalf of the client
    5. Support the team by processing various tasks in the policy life cycle
    6. Operate process and ensure complete adherence to defined Service Level Agreements
    What you will bring to the team:* Graduates or post-graduates* 3 to 7 years of property and casualty insurance experience* Good written and verbal communication, and a team player* Strong analytical skills* Demonstrates behaviors consistent with the organizations values* Analyzes and synthesizes information/makes decisions based on policies* Responsible and dedicated to meet the clients expectations* Plans tasks and organizes own work* Prioritizes tasks in order of importance* Keeps the team informed about work-related activities
