Job Description

As a Product Designer at Adobe Design, you will play a crucial role in shaping next-generation enterprise experiences for Adobe Journey Optimiser (AJO) within Adobe Experience Cloud. Your responsibilities will include:- Collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to conceptualize and develop design solutions that redefine how brands build, optimize, and personalize experiences to advance their objectives.- Communicating effectively and presenting design concepts and decisions to stakeholders and executive leaders.- Crafting compelling design stories through sketches, storyboards, and high-fidelity mock-ups.- Designing, building, and testing interactive prototypes to facilitate iterative designs.- Rapidly prototyping and iterating using AI-assisted tools and vibe-coding techniques to accelerate design workflows and bring ideas to life.- Ensuring visual language and interaction patterns align with Adobes design system.- Working closely with product managers, designers, engineers, and researchers from across Adobe.Qualifications required for this role include:- A degree or equivalent experience in a design-related field (HCI, interaction, visual), or comparable work experience.- Minimum of 5 years of proven experience in product design, building and delivering consumer and/or enterprise products.- Ability to grasp complex design problems and translate them into practical design solutions using fundamental visual and interaction design principles.- Enduring curiosity with a track record of shipping outstanding experiences that meet user needs, product requirements, and strategic business objectives.- Experience working iteratively with an agile engineering and product team, incorporating feedback to produce polished and professional finished experiences.- Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Illustrator, Photoshop, Keynote, or Sketch.- Experience with prototyping AI-assisted tools and designing enterprise software.- Previous experience in designing AI-driven enterprise experiences.- Knowledge and experience in conducting research.- Previous work experience in content creation, authoring, or a similar vertical.About Adobe Design:Adobe Design is a global team that builds tools to amplify the worlds ability to create and communicate.
