Explore the future of advertising with Colombia.**Key Responsibilities:**- **Product Ownership:** Take charge of and enhance the data layer supporting Colombias AdTech stack.- **AI/ML Use Case Enablement:** Define and prioritize product requirements for AI-driven ad serving.- **AdTech Ecosystem Integration:** Lead the integration with SSPs, DSPs, DMPs, CDPs, and internal/external APIs to elevate audience intelligence and campaign performance.- **Privacy & Compliance**- **Cross-Functional Leadership:** Collaborate with engineering, analytics, sales, and operations teams to implement product roadmaps and GTM strategies.- **Innovation & Impact:** Explore and keep abreast of the latest AI and GenAI capabilities for recommendation engines, predictive audience modeling, and smart creatives.**Qualifications Required:**- 7 years of Product Management experience with a focus on AdTech, MarTech, Data Infrastructure, and AI use cases.- Profound understanding of programmatic advertising, real-time bidding, cookies vs. cookieless targeting, and contextual systems, etc.- Experience in data pipelines, AI, and machine learning frameworks.- Demonstrated track record of developing scalable platforms or APIs for audience targeting or campaign optimization.- Capability to translate complex tech concepts into straightforward, business-friendly outcomes.- Strong analytical mindset and proficiency in tools like BigQuery, SQL, GA, etc.- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.- Experience working with GenAI, LLMs, or AI Agents in marketing/advertising use cases.
