Job Description

    Role Overview:You will be part of the marketing team at HCLSoftware, a fast-growing software business division of HCLTech. Your primary responsibility will be to conduct market research, create marketing content, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and enable go-to-market strategies for our software products.Key Responsibilities:- Conduct comprehensive market research to analyze customer needs, competitive landscape, and market trends to inform product positioning and marketing strategies.- Collaborate with the content team to develop engaging marketing content such as blog posts, white papers, case studies, and webinars to enhance brand awareness and generate leads.- Engage in cross-functional collaboration with product management, sales, marketing, digital, and other departments to ensure alignment and drive the success of our products.- Drive go-to-market enablement by planning and executing programs that communicate value propositions, provide sales tools, and deliver focused training to enhance team performance.Qualifications Required:- Minimum 10 years of total experience with at least 7 years in product marketing, preferably in a B2B SaaS company, and experience in managing high-performing teams.- Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field. MBA is preferred.- Profound understanding of product marketing principles and best practices.- Strong English communication skills in written, verbal, and presentation formats, with a keen eye for quality and attention to detail.- Expertise in designing and managing multi-channel marketing campaigns, including email, paid media, ABM, and website optimization.- Ability to collaborate effectively with various stakeholders including top management, product, engineering, operations, sales, and marketing.Additional Details:This is a hybrid role that requires in-office presence three days per week.
